runtime installation

I need to install an application onto a machine that is free of any Access versions.

If I install the runtime with the app, I believe you do not have the option of selecting and saving the printer for a given report.

My question is, if I install as an mdb (with some security) rather than as an mde, will it give me this option as it does during design time?

I installed an mdb with access runtime on several machines here in my office, and each person has the ability to select printers, but only if you set up your macros or code to "print preview" the report. The user then must select print from the file menu, etc.
If your macro (or code) is set to "print report", then the default printer for that box will automatically be used, with no prompting.
