rushmore technology

Hello,

I keep seeing in books that I should construct my queries so that they can be optimized by rushmore technology, but I havent been able to find anywhere how to construct queries in this way or how rushmore works and what exactly it looks for in a query in order to optimize it

Does anyone know of a resource that would cover this
