I'm pretty new to access, and i'm selftought.. with what i've been able to find on the internet. So maybe it's just a stupid mistake i have..

But i've made this database, because excel has gotten to "small". there are over 2 mio. Array formulas, pivot etc. and it takes over 4 min. just opening it.

We have a lot of shops world wide. And we need to be apple to messure turnover based on country, week, month, year etc.

I made a small sample called England. And a query called Turnover England. It worked perfect(maybe i was lucky, or something was right)

I've now made a bigger sample called Tyskland for 1 shop for 2 years. And a query which to me is the EXACT same. But this query i giving me 3 deuplicate record. I've try everything and can't find any solution.

I know there is 1 difference. In England date i primary key. And in Tyskland it's not. Because we are meant to have a lot of shops in each table. so there would be a lot of duplicates in dates. But they have a autogenerated uniq id. so not trouble or what??

Fil is 6 mb. so couldn't attach it, and are new poster. so attached a txt file with the link to online storage at transferbigfiles

In advance Thank you.

First open your query in design view and then switch to SQL view. Then change SELECT to SELECT DISTINCT:)
