I have a service level agreement (SLA) application. The end result is a report (i.e. The SLA itself). As a matter of procedure, Once the service level manager (SLM) checks the document as ready to be signed by the customer, an SLA gets printed and the records for said SLA are locked.

What I want to do is allow sample/draft SLA's to be printed anytime prior to the document lockdown, so SLMs can produce a copy of an Service Level Agreement to check it for any errors or missing data.

I know I can do this, but my issue is that I can't find an actuall watermark that says "DRAFT" or "SAMPLE". I tried looking it up in the word clip art section within MS Word, but I didn't see any and there are a million of them to scan through and they take time to appear when you are viewing them.

When I go into MS Word under the watermark section, it has EXACTLY what I need, only it appears to a function of MS word itself and not an image I can get to via a folder outside of Word.

If anyone knows where I might find such a file in Office 2007, or if they have something they could share, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,
Gary

Nevermind... I ended up making a "DRAFT" watermark using WORD ART, using paint to copy the image to a gif file then posting it to my Report... and now I feel stupid for asking.

No need to feel stupid for asking. IMHO, it was a wise thing to do !

It is common in that asking for help in written form (like here at AWF), are you are explaining the problem or shortly after wards, you figure it out.

IMHO, Never be afraid to make a written request for help (even if you don't give it to anyone). It will help you solve the problem. I use this technique myself!
