I heard this terrible noise on the roof which woke me from a deep sleep.

I went outside and saw this guy in a Red suit flying through the air pulled by 6 white boombers. (Kangaroos)

The things you see without a gun.

Oh well. Merry Christmas everyone.

We actually have white kangaroos that live around our house. They started appearing among the much larger numbers of grey ones a couple of years ago.

In the hills southwest of Murwillumbah. We can see Queensland from here.

So, you can see perfection but can't quite get there.

I was born in Queensland and lived there for twenty years. Although I look back across the border it is not with a sense of nostalgia.

In Summer we turn our clocks forwards for daylight saving. As we cross the border to the north we turn out clocks back one hour and twenty years.

If all else fails bring on the Daylight Savings issue, but never the State of Origin.

Yeah. Queensland still wins State of Origin because 20 years ago footy players were still real men.
