OK - learning lots from you guys and trying stuff out.

The latest problem - I have sucessfully constructed a form (based on a query) where i can update stock for damaged goods and for annual stock check.

However the stock check result overrides the adjustments, can I update stock levels from a stock check and then return the stock check value to 0, whilst retaining the correct stock level?

I have tried stock in hand = 0 after updating but that doesn't work. VB knowledge is limited.
