Save Entry Form Alert Box

I'm trying to build an If statement that will do the following when a New Entry is submitted from my Form.

When the form fields have been completed and the Save Entry button is pushed, the Alert Box pops up with a 'Successful Entry' message.


If the all of the fields are not completed, and the Save Entry button is pushed, the Alert Box pops up with a 'Please Fill out all Fields' message.

I'm very new to this and haven't been able to figure it out.
