this is not exactly what I want
if I will use this system it is always will save the data

I want an option to load only the data that I want by the name of the customer

Like I said, Northwind.mdb is a good place to start, but here u go again.

and not working ...

10x !

There u go again, another sample bd.

FYI: The help u looked for here is for very lowdown basic topics. This means that u know next to nothing about the subject. If this is all u are ever going to do in Access (or any other dev platform, for that matter) then I'd say OK, no problem. But If u plan to continue, u better go thru the basics, for normally u won't even get answers on too basic questions on the forums. That's because it gives the impression that u do not want to take your time to learn and want others to do all your homework for you. The forum is intended for people that have exhausted their own possibilities and got stuck. For these, there will always be a helping hand.

This link might also prove useful to u:

Good Luck,
Premy
