Save report as PDF using specific fields to create the name of the file

Hi Experts,

I was wondering if any of you can provide some assistance to do the following: I want to create a Macro saves the report in a specific location, and uses two fields within the report to generate the name of the file. For example, "[Sales Rep Name] + [PayPeriod].pdf" and it should be saved in a predetermined folder.

Can anyone please help me?
