saving import steps and reusing them

it asked me to save my import steps so i could reuse them

How do i do this i am importing CSV files all have the same colume names but i dont want to have to name all columes on each import

But dont understand how to use the saved import steps

Choose menu options: File | get external data | Import
Select your CSV file and click the button marked "Advanced".
Click the button marked "Specs" to use already saved specs or define your own and save them.

You should be able to use the name you gave the saved steps just like an import specification.
