saving single form

I made an invoice out of an access form and when I try to save or print it for the customer it prints or saves all 1100 customers.

If the record source for your report is a table, or a query with
no criteria, then you will get everything.

Depending on how you launch your report there are several
methods to define which records to print.

You can use the Search option here and look for "RunReport"
(without the quotes) and you should see some samples.

You can also base the report on a query with a criteria based
on a form control.

You can also look in Northwind and other sample dbs.

queries criteria

Sorry, this might be a dumb question but what do I put in the criteria so that I have the option to view all customers and the option to save or print one of them?

As you can tell I am kind of new at this so your help is very appreciated.
