Saving unbound data

I have a form called card and it is bound to a table called cardtable.

On the form there are several unbound fields (one is called "winselect") that i would like to be saved (or bound) to another table called winner.

Is this possable?

What relationship do these two tables have to each other?

It's sounding like you have two tables with a one to one relationship (meaning for each record in one table you can only have one corresponding record in the other table that has the same ID). If this is the case, you should be able to create a query that joins the two tables together on the ID Field and is still editable. Then you would just make the query (or the resulting SQL statement) the record source for your form.

If you do not have a one to one relationship, the easiest way to accomplish what you are looking for is through the use of a subform.
