Scales

Hi all,
One area I am lacking is reporting. I battle with the simplest of things.

I designed a report to show leave taken by all staff members over a period.
However due to the amount of staff members it auto-scales to displaying only every second staff member's name.
It did the same with the days axis where it was skipping numbers, but I managed to fix that by adjusting the min and max to 1.
I however can't seem to adjust the scale for the staff names to all appear.
Can anyone assist with this?

Is this a chart?

Have you tried making the font smaller on the axis?

Sorry should have mentioned that it is a chart (simple bar graph).

The font is at the smallest (8) and the "auto scale" is not ticked.

Me thinks...

If the font is smallest and the names are not fitting, then you have to either make the chart bigger or split the staff into smaller groups (by department?) and make several charts.

Thanks for that. Yes I had to make the chart as big as possible on landscape and the name's alignment vertically down plus a choice of dept splits.
The only workaround that would work out.
