Scan a document in to a form.

I have been trying this with no joy for a while now.
I need to be able to scan a document in as a pdf and have it as an attachment on a form.

This will be stored in a table. i am aware that this makes the DB grow fairly quickly, but currently it is the best solution.

I also then need to be able to send this via email with the subject coming from another field on the form.

Hello Tips, it might seem a good option for now.. Databases should be built with a wider scope, if you settle down for this now you will have to keep "fixing" up every day.. So think alternatives like Hyperlinks.. Research more.. Search this forum on that topic you will have a good resources to start with, if you are stuck up post back..

Is it possible to insert it (or the data) into a report? I have done this before with no DB bloat. Also it is totally possible that I do not understand what you are trying to do. If that is the case, can you explain it some more?
