Question Scatter Chart in Ms Access

Dear Experts!

I am trying to do a scatter chart as attached picture from my access query. But couldnt finilize as it is.

I have attached the screen short of scatter chart prepared in excel and the access data for making scatter chart in ms access.

Can any one help to get it done!!
