schedule design

hello;
wondering if anyone can give me suggestions as to how to set up a simple "schedule" database for date and time for events, where event can be entered on a form for given date and time. I can't seem to get the tables and query figured out for this seemingly simple task.

Seems to me I recall that an "appointments" database is one of the ones that would be created by a wizard in the newer versions of Access. This is close to a schedule. Perhaps look at that for some hints.

Actually, I'm using Acces 2.0, (as I never learned VBA), but I do have ac2k, and the wizards are of no value for a simple daily schedule such as I need.
I posted another thread in the query section which is close to what I need, but needs work. Perhaps you can take a look? Thenks, rl
