I work with an agency that reviews hundreds of providers throughout our state. We have a staff of 60 reviewers that travel 3-4 weeks per month to conduct annual reviews of facilities. I am trying to move our agency into the 21st century by automating our scheduling. Currently, we have to look at our provider rosters and find which ones are up for their annual reviews as well as find which ones need their initial reviews. Once we do that, we have to put together our teams and schedule them for the month. We are using a bunch of excel spreadsheets to do this currently. We have a bunch of conditions on places that some reviewers can go, when they can go, who they travel with, etc.... Does anyone have a suggestion on programs that might be able to help? I was thinking about using MS-Project for this.
