Scroll through records on a touch screen without using scrollbar (1 Viewer)

I have a maximized continuous form that has a variable number of records and the scroll bars appear/disappear as needed. The database is utilized on an all-in-one touchscreen computer (think kiosk) without a mouse/keyboard. Due to the resolution, the scrollbars are rather narrow and difficult to use when they are needed on this form. As far as I know, widening the scrollbar is a registry change that is system-wide so the wide scrollbar would be detrimental on every other form so doing the registry change would not be desirable.

The user keeps trying to scroll the screen like they scroll on their cell phone. Is it possible to get Access to mimic this response?
