Search, Add, Edit DATA

I have a form created from a query/table with 18 columns.

I have rearranged the combo boxes to group like info. I have to page through 2000 entries to edit data.

I have also built a form I can use to add new info rows to the table.

My question is can I set up a way (new form or within existing, all inclusive) to narrow down the posibilities by searching then be able to edit/update info?

I would like 18 combo list that I can pull down to select existing info then as I select several list i get fewer and fewer hits untill i find what I want in the remaining info.

Do a search on "cascading combo box" here... That sounds like what you are looking for. Lots of info and samples in the forum.
