Search facility on forms

Hi

I need to be able to search, amend and input new data into forms.

I know how to input new data, but the searching and amending is proving more difficult.

Is anyone able to show me a way of adding a search facility on to a form.

Do a search for "quicksearch" - it is a search facility I posted ages ago which will search on many fields with just one (or more) input key word.
