Search Form Feilds From Another Form

Hi all

I hope you can help me, i have done a search but did not find what i am looking for.

I have created a search form, Which i want to be able to search 3 different tables seprately Depending on which feild they use.

For example
the first row of combo boxes will search Table 1 -
Scriptname will just search scriptname feild
Functionality will just search search Functionality etc

2nd row - will search Table 2

3rd row - will search Table 3

i want all fields to show all Records that are found based on what is searched,

Can somone please explain how to do this or give me example code or link to an article?
