Search Form with dataentry subform HELP!

Hi Everyone, I have searched the forum and can't find anything that seems to help. I have a main form with 2 subforms. The problem is when they search for a item if there was a ticket it is populating the subform frm_asset_repair_sub_900 with that info. I have tried setting on open Me.DataEntry = True and I can't seem to get it to not populate. I have attached a sample of it to hopefully explain it better. if yo search on 1813424 you will see what I am getting. Thanks in advance for looking at it for me, It has been driving me nut's for 2 days now.

a quick way is to replace the record source with this:

SELECT tbl_asset_repair_900.asset_num, tbl_asset_repair_900.CSC_num, tbl_asset_repair_900.status, tbl_asset_repair_900.date, tbl_asset_repair_900.note
FROM tbl_asset_repair_900
WHERE (((tbl_asset_repair_900.asset_num) Is Null));

or

SELECT r.asset_num, r.CSC_num, r.status, r.date, r.note
FROM tbl_asset_repair_900 AS r
WHERE (((r.asset_num) Is Null));
same just using alias

don't forget to create the Key's
