Search problem

Hi .
I have a search form where users put phone number to search,
what i want is if the phone number they are looking for is not there a message box that says "there is no such number".
Please if anyone can help on this will greatly appreciated..

Which part are you having trouble with? The part where you need to determine if the phone number exists, or displaying the error message?

Thank you first for relying dcx693 ...

All i need is if the query did not find the phone number a message
box that displayes "no such number". The query is working perfect
i mean the SQL is working OK all i needed is if the number is not there a message box that tells them no such number.
