I have other question to ask relates to my Financial database.
I have a subform which contains fields Amount (numeric), Exchange Rate (Numeric), Budgetcode (Combo) and TotalUSD (Numeric). Sometimes users spense some money on same Budgetcode eg. RAB50 for 5 times, 2 times on RAB51, 1 time on RAB52, 1 time on RAB53 so on...
The Budgetcode field contains these value RAB50, RAB51, RAB52, RAB53 so on
Now, What I want to happen is that: In the same form: Search on Budgetcode then SUM; and SUM if there found more than one time spensed on then would appear lin the new created fields. Something likely to the following:
TotalRAB50=SUM of RAB50
TotalRAB51=SUM of RAB51
TotalRAB52=SUM of RAB52
TotalRAB53=SUM of RAB53
Is it possible please?
