searching between two fields

I have two fields "F2" and "F4" in table "sheet1". which is a excel sheet linked to access. you enter the parameters in excel and its linked back to access to pull the data.

I want to run a query in access that looks at fields F2 and F4 and gives me all the the data in between.

i dont know whether i should using a between and And clause?

and how to incorperate the tablename and fieldname.
