select a receipt from range of booklet

in the attached file i create table to record the receipt booklet
every booklet has a range ex :booklet 2 from 1051 to 1100
and i create another table for recieving cash
i chose first the booklet
then i write the receipt
here is the issue
when i write the receipt ,i want a code to check if the receipt bewteen the range of the booklet that i already chosed
and if not , msg appear that receipt is not in the booklet then not accept it
and also if the receipt is duplicate , msg appear that is duplicate and not accept it also
