??? Select all button

I have got e-mailing form from this forum, I wanted to know if I could add a select all button, because it takes for ever to click on every single user, the screen shot is in the attachements, I will see if I can find the original sample of the e-mail form.

I have the same code for select all...but what happens is that I see all the addresses selected, but actually not transffered to the e-mail program. If I manually select all the addresses then everything's OK. What might be an isuse here?
