Select All Items In a Combo Box

In an Access 2010 form, I have two combo box fields 1) BroadastType and 2) Station. Properties of both fields are set to accept multiple values from combo box. Multiple value select is a new feature in Access 2007 and 2010.

my question is; if I select 'Nationwide' from combo box in BroadcastType field, then I want that all items on the combo box in 'Station' field be automatically selected.
