I have built a complex search form, that allows users to search off of a main form, which have 4 areas that represent sub form information, but are not sub forms due to searching reasons. When the search is run, due to the linking of 1 to many in the search query, I will get 110 records returned, but many of the records are repeated due to the sub form (1 to many) query return. Off of this query I selected the Distict ID's of the main form (unique identifier). On this distinct query I get 29 records, which is GREAT, I get the right number
But when I set up this Distinct query up as the source for my Results Form, it defaults back to 110 records (not the 29 the query shows).
The results form has sub forms, so the information can be set up as 1 to many correctly, and the query behind the form shows 29 records. Problem is the form still shows 110 records.
Any ideas?
Thank you for your time with my book,
