I have two querries of similar records. I want to make a third that shows me only the records that are in querry A and not in querry B

It should be easy but I am stumped.

Add the two queries to a new blank query. Join the two on the desired field(s). Double-click the join line and choose the option from the 3 given that represents what shows all the results from the 1st table. Add your desired fields from the 1st table to the QBE grid. Pick any field from the 2nd table, add it to the grid, and use "Is Null" as the criteria.

You can also use the Unmatched Query Wizard!

thanks.....

Works good!
