Select single record

Sorry for the stupid question having a brain fart here.

I want to be able to pull up one record based on the Quote number which is also the Key, What do I enter in the query??

use a WHERE clause:

WHERE [quote number] = "whatever"

of course. There should only be one quote number for each record, right? If that is the case, then that clause should work out just fine.
