Selecting items in Listbox with cmd buttons

How can you have items (records) in listbox select with next - previous buttons?

I have form with fields and all of them in listbox, so I'd like to have user click on next/previous button to select record and at the same time to have corresponding record be selected in listbox.

Possible?

Daze give is there a reason why you want to use command buttons to move to the next item in the listbox?

Perhaps if you can explain that will help creating a solution.

I just think it is nice feature, that, instead clicking in listbox(which select immediately) when you have to go to next/previous record with buttons it select same one in listbox...
