On my table I have 12 different locations, each location have 5-20 providers.
I need to assign a provider to a client (one to many). On the form what I would like to do is first select a location, then have only the providers at that location populate in the provider box. Then when the location and the provider are selected, have that populate my prov_id field in the client table (prov_id = one id for each location provider combo). Thanks for all the help in advance!
