Selective report generation based on parameter

The objective is to produce a report for non-profit telephone callers so that they can call potential donors.

I have a query for which I can set a criteria (e.g. caller 1) but the output is ugly. d I also have a report that shows all of the potential donors (plus details) and all of the callers to whom the donor is assigned. What I want is to be able to create a report that contains the potential donors assigned to only one caller. Then I would vary the caller ID to get the entire set. I have only 10 callers, so it won't be a problem manually changing a parameter and making a run (convert to PDF) for each caller.

I'm running Access 2007. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

Thank you for such a quick reply. However, I am probably too much of a newby to make this work. Could you put some detail around how you would make a form selectively control what is probably an underlying parameter in a query controlling the generation of a report? You could also point me to a reference. What I want to do is not in the reference material I have on Access. Thank you in advance, Vic
