Send a specific email from outlook to all email addresses within a quiery

Hello

I have a database that I can use to create a query, grouping companies by city. I then want to send a specific email I have created in outlook to all of the email addresses in the query.

I do not need to include names.

I don't know VBA - learning, but still quite novice.

That is a great article and I THINK it is describing what I want to do... however I don't have any of the skill sets needed to do that!

You cannot do "Print page" follow step by step plan...

Suggest you go pickup Niddle point or some nice new hobby along those lines

I am trying to learn and better myself. My employer has asked me to perform a task, I have read a lot of material, articles and posts. The next course in Access at my community college is months away, so I reach out to a community of helpful people to ask for assistance and you decide that is a good reply.

I am sorry I have been needlessly harsch, had a rough morning....

However your response "I would love too but I cant do it" without even trying or showing any attempt of trying is the kind of response I have been running into all day which is just *aaaargh*

I felt overwhelmed when I read the article, but I will try to do the steps - will have to wait for it to get a lot quieter around here so I can think!
