That makes absolutely no sense to me.
Why on earth would you want to create a text message then email it?
You wouldn't send a text message using email on your phone so why would you want to do so in Access?

And what does 'email to API using HTTP or email port' actually mean in reality?

If you want to send bulk SMS messages that can be done within Access using a provider such as Twilio (or similar). Code is available for this online

If you want to send bulk email from Access, that's very easy to do.
