I am using Send Object with "edit" set to true. The MS Outlook window pops up giving the appearance allowing me to edit the message text. However, the recipient does not see what I have typed in -- only the attachment. Help... :-(

I appreciate the suggestion but I have no idea what you are talking about. Please explain. Thanks! :-)

How do you do? Fornation thinks I am some kind of SendObject expert because it is the only thing in Access I understand.

I am stumped with this one though. It sounds like you are doing everything right. Check the following and post back with more info.

What mail client (Outlook, Netscape, etc..) is the end user using?

Look at the mails in your sent folder, do they show the text you type in?

Nice to meet you! We're using Outlook and the edited text does not show up in my "sent" messages either. Oh well. I guess I will resort to calling the organization's trusty Help Desk...Thanks, Lucy

With all this bitching going on, thought I'd better confirm that my direction was a compliment to the man.

I took it as a compliment, Fornation. In fact I kinda like the recognition. I don't get a lot of it when it comes to writing code so I will take what I can get.

Thanks!!!!

By the way it would take a heck of a lot of bitchin to offend me.
