Send sheet as attatchment

Hello friends

How can I send an excel sheet as an attachment?

scenario
I have 2 column
Date and email
I want code to check if the cell equal today date send email to the next email cell with Sheet(summary) as an attachment
Excample
Serail Date Email
1 10/18/2021 abc@abc.com
2 10/16/2021 tt@t.com

in the example send email no1 because the date equal today date

Send using Outlook directly
