I have a macro running off queries, creating a report set up to e-mail the report. I'm not sure if my recipients have snapshot viewer therefore, I want to send the format as Rich Text. The report will open in MS Word this way, however, the embedded ojects(company Logo in the page header of the report) do not appear? Anyone know of a way to get around this? Any idea on another format?

RTF will also lose a lot of the formatting (in addition to some graphical objects, especially if they are linked and not embedded). The easier solution is to include a note in the email that says, "If you are having trouble viewing this report, please get Microsoft's free Snapshot Viewer." The link to provide them (the people you email) is right here.

Remember that snapshots also have a huge advantage in that the users cannot edit them, only view them, sort of like a PDF.
