Hello!!,
First of all!!!! Congrats to Kelly Clarkson, great girl!!!
I am having problems trying to send an email. This is what is happening.
I made it so the timer sends the email automaticly. Well, when I put this code:
DoCmd.SendObject acSendReport, "AM Email Tracker Report"
It actualy pops a form that has the list of formats to select, "I select Excel 97-2000" and it works fine.
Now, when I use this code:
Private Sub Form_Timer()
DoCmd.SendObject acSendReport, "AM Email Tracker Report", acFormatXLS
It gives me an error that says the following:
Run-time error "2282"
the format in which you are attempting to output the current object is not available.
Some where I have seen another way to select the formattype on the code, I saw something like "Snap Shot" or "Excel 8". Something like that, I have searched every where to find that again and was unable to find it. All I found is the "acFormatXLS"
Does anyone know about this "Excel 8" thing? Was I dreaming!!?
What does the error mean by that?
Thanks
DaniBoy
