SendTo Crashes on Access 2007

I have an Access 2003 MDE database that works find on access 2003 but when it run on Access 2007 it crashes and wants to backup and sent a error message to Microsoft.

I can't get SendTo to work at all. It's the only thing I found that crashes the program when I try to use it in any way.
