Sequence number in query use a starting number

Need help in creating sequence number in a query using a starting number. For example i want to use the starting sequence number as 5

---SEQNUM---------COLOR-----------
-----5------------------blue--------------
-----6------------------red---------------
-----7------------------orange-----------
-----8------------------black-------------
