set missing refrence

i don't know how to set a missing refrence for date.
i download a example file dbdatetimepicker. in that a missing refrence Date.
Cannot find the project or libarary how can i fix that .
i am new so please give me detail answer

to set missing references, while you are in the VBA Editor goto to Tools -> Reference and simply check your missing reference.

Cantfind Project or Libarary this message pop-up

when you go to Tools -> References, which references do you have ticked ?
