setting number of rows tp be paged per page

I have a report that pages its content. I need to use smaller font and allow it to show more rows per page. How doi increase the number of rows per page?

While in design view of the form, go to FILE-PAGE PROPERTIES. The third tab will allow you to set columns.

I've done this before so I know it works BUT....... I can't get any more then one column to display data in the report I'm working on. I have resized for an hour and all I get is one. All it is, is a adress list. Anything I might be doing wrong??? Thanks, Tim
