SetValue for Height won't work

Wrote a macro to change the size (Height Property) of a rectangle in a form based on certain conditions in the form. The macro does run, but it disregards my specified value and forces the value to 0.0007". The macro reads as follows:

Item:[Forms]![Frm Puzzle]![Box27].[Height]
Expression: "2.5563"
