Or I can Sign in with any email

from access

for first-time access to SharePoint

when I work on my computer not ask for credential

but when moving it to the client's computer

ask for sign in

Why

Should I add his email to SharePoint Site ?

If the owner of a Site wants to grant you access to the Site, they must add you. The email address they add must be from an Microsoft Account.

On your own computer you are probably already authenticated with the Microsoft 365 Tenant the site is hosted in. Therefore you do not need to log in again when accessing the Site.
