SharePoint Table Issue

I recently moved some of my be tables to SharePoint to test is see if it is viable option for my be tables. So far everything is good except for one minor issue, I am getting the error "Data Type mismatch in criteria expression" when i try and filter the table or run a query. this only seems to happen when trying to filter Date/Time fields. I have been researching the issue and from what i have found, SharePoint saves Null Value as Blank or Empty and when Access try's to run a query it doesn't know how to handle the fields that have a value be it a date/time or Null.

And yes i have checked all my field settings to make sure they are correct. Also in my DB a Null Value has meaning, I am tracking when actions are being completed so if something Has a Null value in a Date/Time field then when i run reports or query i can see what hasn't been completed.

Thanks for any ideas and help.

After more research and some changes i have made, it is not the SharePoint that is the issue but rather my tables will no longer filter when using Today or Yesterday if there is and empty field. I have worked through my data but i can't see any problems with the data, granted i know i that doesn't mean there isn't. So the question is why all of a sudden has this become and issue.
