Shortcut

I have made a database to enter EMS run information. I made a form to enter the data. I want to place a shortcut on the desktop to easy access the form (these people have very little knowledge of computers)I right click form in database window and place the icon on desktop.after doing anyother thing on the computer the icon just freezes up on startup. YOu can still get to the info by opening access but the icon won't work untill you restart the computer. It is doing this on 2 computers both with Office 2000 and Win. ME any help would be great.

Use Windows Explorer to drag your database to your desktop. Now your database will open when they click on the Icon. From your Tools > Startup menu in Access select the form you want to show when the database opens in the 'Display Form/Page' text box.
