Shortened report

I have created a report and have a macro created to send it as an email data base object. The fields that I want in the report are MEMO fields on the table so there was no conflict with number of characters.

Here is the problem, when the report is created, it truncates some of the text from the description fields. I have looked at field size and it is not the problem. Don't know what else would make the fields shorter, any help is greatly appreciated.

Sometimes access can CUT the memo size down to 255, even tho it has more. (#$@%)
It has done it to me before.
I had to not use the report. But you may try setting the report box to can shrink/grow.

This is a shared data base and what is interesting is it is only happening to one person. I checked and the report box is set to can grow so that does not appear to be the issue. Still at a loss????

This one person you speak of may be pulling data that is different from the others and this data may contain longer text.

Have a look at the link above and see if you spot your problem, then tell us what the data source of the report is.
