Show image IF record is a certain value?

Hi All,

I hoping someone can help?

When in a form, im trying to show a different image depending on what option has been selected.

For example:

The field name is Parks
Options are Barking, Central, Abbey........ etc, etc

Now I want a different image for each option to appear in the form (next to the tab I have created).

How do I do this?

Do I first need to create a new table and store all the images?

Then in the propeties of the Parks field, On Click - code builder and then enter some VBScript? If so what is the script?
